Experienced Reliability and Electrical Engineer having more than 17 years of multi disciplinary experience within oil & gas and chemical processing industry in Operation, Maintenance and Projects.Providing support to Brownfield and Greenfield Projects for Availability target settings and verification, RAM analysis using DNV TARO and MAROs software (Upstream and Downstream facilities), Support project group to make critical investment decisions, specific expertise in Reliability centered Maintenance(RCM), Develop, Update and evergreening of critical equipment strategies, support operations readiness to project execution team, Equipment Criticality Assessment (ECA)to identify the critical equipment, Bad Actor Assessment (BAA), excellent data processing and statistics knowledge for reliability improvements, define and monitor Reliability KPIs, help business units in benchmarking the Reliability parameters.Asset condition monitoring, Work Execution Management in Brownfield and Greenfield environment, troubleshooting & Root-cause failure analysis, developing and implementing Preventive and Predictive maintenance plans, formulating maintenance strategies in line with business goals.• Creating Maintenance Procedures and identify the spares and craft requirement. Review of design specifications as per standards and LCCA- life cycle cost analysis, Implementation of HSEQ standards including JRA (Job Risk Assessment), PTW (Permit to Work), Tool Box Meetings, MOC (Management of Change), Safety Audit Management.
