Part of the executive team developing and implementing strategies for the world’s most geographically expansive water utility. Leadership of a team of 300 people with enterprise asset management accountability for an asset base of $37b and annual capital works programs up to $1b. Direct accountability for maintenance planning, infrastructure planning, capital investment decision making, program management, specialist engineering and technical services (including water resource investigation and licensing), land planning / land development approvals, water industry policy, research and development and water efficiency programs. Chair of the Aroona Production and Treatment alliance, a partnership between Suez, Broadspectrum and Water Corporation for the operation and maintenance of all water production and wastewater treatment infrastructure in the Perth metropolitan area.

Led a geographically and technically diverse team of up to 1500, an annual budget of $340m for the safe and reliable delivery of water services to Perth and 250 towns in regional WA and the Indian Ocean Territories. Accountable for safety, service delivery to customers and operations and maintenance planning and delivery. Led the the strategy and planning for water and wastewater quality, incident and emergency management, maintenance planning and workflow processes and systems to all operations teams. Worked with my team to achieve substantial improvements in safety, customer service and efficiency.
