Key Job Responsibilities:Managing the complete Process of Recruitment of Professionals at different levels 1. Interacting with clients to understand Manpower Requirements 2. Sourcing Employees with Appropriate Skill Sets through different Sources 3. Conducting Telephonic Interviews with the Candidates 4. Submission of Short-listed Profiles to Clients & arranging Interviews, Follow-Ups, interacting with Clients on a daily basis to get updates on the Resources as well as New Requirements.5. Coordinating between Clients needs and Candidates Expectation 6. Ensuring Joining of the Candidates Regular Follow up with Candidates placed in different organization 7. Building strong long-term Client & Consultant Relationship by providing timely Effective Recruitment Maintaining Database Recruitment & Selection 1. Going through Job Portals like Naukri, monster and times job to search for Suitable Profiles. 2. Handling End-to-End Recruitment for Various Profiles at Junior Level Management Level, Mid Level Management, Senior Level Management Requirement and Planning. 3. Sourcing and Screening Relevant Resumes. Scheduling and Conducting Interviews. 4. Coordinating till the Completion of Joining formalities.Fixing Appointment with the clients Scheduling Meeting with our Clients & Candidates. Confirmation:- Keep track of all the Clients to be confirmed and ensure that the letter is given to the Candidates on the date of Confirmation.
