I was born and raised in Nepal, where my education began in boarding schools, with a few years in my hometown. After Year 10, I traveled to South India for Years 11 and 12, then moved to Australia to pursue my undergraduate education. Since 1998, Australia has been my home. Balancing part-time jobs while studying, I graduated with a commerce degree from Flinders University. My early career involved working as a graduate accountant for the South Australian government, but my passion for helping students led me to establish Boomerang International Educational Services.The name “Boomerang International” reflects my belief that international students, like boomerangs, gather knowledge and skills and then bring them back to their home countries. Even if they stay abroad, their contributions enrich their new communities. This philosophy guides my commitment to supporting students in their educational pursuits and personal growth.Living in Adelaide, South Australia, I recognized the city’s unique opportunities and welcoming environment for international students. My goal has always been to ensure that students receive the best support and guidance, helping them navigate the challenges of studying abroad. Over the past 17 years, we have assisted 1000's individuals in their journey to study abroad, primarily in Adelaide.I believe in the power of education to transform lives and foster cross-cultural understanding. My dedication stems from my experiences as an international student and migrant. I understand the struggles that first-generation migrants face, arriving in a new country with no connections, family, mentors, or guardians. This has inspired me to support students and migrants whenever possible, providing the support they need to succeed.I advocate for global citizenship, believing that migrants contribute significantly to the cultural and economic fabric of their new homes. Supporting migrants and fostering an inclusive community has always been a priority. As I grow older, my focus remains on impactful work that makes a difference in the lives of others.My journey from Nepal to Australia has been marked by continuous learning, personal growth, and a commitment to helping others. I am proud of the work I have done and remain dedicated to empowering students with transformative international education opportunities. My hope is to continue making a positive impact, standing by students and migrants, and contributing to a more inclusive and understanding world.
