Recruitment Responsibilities & duties: Involved in the entire recruitment cycle from preparing Job description, screening web-based resumes, Cold calling, and following up short listed candidates till closing the requirement of the position. Handling the entire life cycle of the recruitment process. Involved in the roles of Account Manager for few clients Co-coordinating with BDM and understanding the client's requirement and preparing Job Descriptions accordingly. Sourcing, screening and selecting the right candidate at right time for right rate. Extensively working on job boards like Naukri and Monster. Utilize internal database to identify potential candidates. Posting job on the portals to increase the pool of candidates. Calling the candidates and taking their initial telephonic interview. Scheduling interviews as per client’s and candidate’s comfort level. Checking candidate's knowledge and experience on technical parameters and metrics and processing to next levels. Negotiating on salaries and notice period. Doing reference checks. Checking for the candidate's gaps in educations, employment, projects durations etc. Following up with the candidate to see whether they attend the interview. Working on contract, contract to hire and permanent positions. Formatting the selected profiles according to the client requirement. Reaching the day to day targets of submitting the profiles and maintaining the reports in MS-Excel format. Good experience of using Talentnow and Workday ATS. Coordinating with Payroll, Timesheet and PO Teams. Generating reports of my individual and team report on weekly and Monthly basis in Excel.
