• Provide leadership to the DRU; in developing detailed implementation plans based on KPI and accomplishing planned activities in the district.• Liaison with District Magistrate, Civil Surgeon, District Program Officer (ICDS), State Resource Units & Development Partners to provide support in Health & ICDS Programs.• Provide techno managerial support to Health department for NQAS, LaQshya and Kayakalp Certification of Public Facilities & Labour Room for quality services.• Provide expertise in Reviewing and Developing the technical & managerial contents of Quality Improvement processes, including the integrity of clinical protocols, medical records, data analysis and its usage. • Under National Nutrition Mission (NNM) provide techno managerial support to ICDS for Poshan Abhiyan Activities like; Community Based Event (CBE), Convergence Action Plan (CAP) Meeting.• Under National Nutrition Mission (NNM) support to ICDS for Networking and Collaboration with different Stakeholder for Convergence Meeting. •Advocacy for PMSMA Program & VHSND for strengthening ANC, PNC Services and Heigh Risk Pregnancy tracking.• Design & develop different pilots in like; Server Acute Malnutrition Child, Home Delivery Pocket & Weak New-born Identification & there Follow up. • Develop plan for Capacity building of service providers & Supply Chain Management of various FP commodity and IFA at every point of service for Mission Parivar Vikas & Anaemia Mukt Bharat Program in district.• Provide techno managerial support in the areas of PIP, Utilization of budget, fund flow, effective execution of health & nutrition programs.• Provide Technical assistant to identify Health and Wellness Centres according to operational guidelines in district.• Structure and Regularize Capacity building & Data based review in different platform like District meeting toward continuous improvement in Health & Nutrition program.

• Lead and Manage team of 100+ employees like; FP Coordinators, Block Managers, ICT & Community Health Coordinators for their planning, Implementation, Monitoring, and supportive supervision to speed-up program priority and achieving the desire goal. • Liaison with District Magistrate, Civil Surgeon, District Program Officer ICDS, & Other Stakeholder for Outreach & Facility level interventions.• Under National Nutrition Mission (NNM) provide support to ICDS for Implementation of Poshan Abhiyan Activities like, Early & Exclusive Breast feeding, Complimentary Feeding, Growth monitoring, Antenatal Care and Anaemia etc.• Under National Nutrition Mission (NNM) support ICDS for data-based review in Convergence meeting for Poshan Abhiyan.• Provide support to district for strengthening Nutrition Rehabilitation Centre (NRC) to improve the nutritional status of Sever Acute Malnutrition (SAM) Child. • Provide techno managerial support to District for the implementation of PMSMA Program. & supportive supervision of VHSND sites for strengthening ANC, PNC, FP and Immunization Services by involving Block and District level official .• Support in Capacity building of service providers & Supply Chain Management of various FP commodity and IFA at every point of service for the implementation of Mission Parivar Vikas & Anaemia Mukt Bharat Program in Bock & District.• Support to organize Community meeting with SHG, PRI etc to discover the root cause of the problem in the order to identify the appropriate solution for Health and Nutrition Services in the field. • Operationalize different Studies and Pilots likes; SAM Study, Home Delivery Pocket & Weak New-born Identification, and support them to accomplish the objectives. • Provide support to Government in COVID19 Pandemic for Case identification, Tracking and Vaccination etc. • Facilitate District, Block, HSC & Sector level Review meetings to analyse ICDS & Health Data for decision-making process and implement new strategy.
