• Overall material Incoming Inspection and Maintaining of MIS. • Overall quality inspection of Polyurethane (PU) Products and Prepare test reports by conducting different tests. • Job set-up & In-process Inspection of Fabrication work and Assembly work of Bus and Railways seats structure, Bus components (locks, Escape hatch, Hatracks, windows) ,Railway components (windows and Doors, step rail, window inner frame) and ABS product. • Production Quality control including Process control, Quality data collection/ statistics /Analysis, block & release manufacturing related defects. • In-house Quality inspection of Press shop. • Support quality planning for quality control during development phase, Document transfer, internal process, Prepare MRM data and other assigned by head. • Visiting concern Labs/Authorities regarding third party material testing for Internal/External purpose and Railways testing Purpose. • Solving customer complaints and Provide necessary solution by visiting on customer site and report back to managers/heads with MOM. • Implementing 5s, Kaizen, Poka Yoke and layout Audit on shop Floor, supplier Development.
