*Involved in General Ledger Accounting and Reconciliations for the Royal Bank of Canada.*Analysis of the errors done by the Bank in the customer’s account and the General Ledger through various applications like Siebel, on demand and IRIS.*Reconciling the errors done by the Bank which are affecting General Leger of the Bank and the Banks Customer’s Account.*Generating MIS reports for the company using Pivot tables and Vlookup etc.*Training and Mentoring new joinees on Applications /Process knowledge. Process – Royal Bank of CanadaJob Role – Osprey (Reconciliation Process) Team Member As a Senior Team member in Accounts Reconciliation Process working on Adjustment suspense accounts and Proof Suspense account, General Ledger Accounting reconciliation process for Royal Bank of Canada.Applications UsedTLM, IRIS, MDCS (On-Demand Reports), DDA, Siebel, Sales Platform.Service Platform (to post debits/credits as per the transaction to the client account) posting corrections.

• Responsible for delivering the targets as per plan • Ensure Integration of the Sales Team with the existing Branch Banking Team and drive the team for more leads and references• Managing the incremental monthly deposits through various activities• Revenue generation through Cross Sell opportunities• Ensure sales activities for increased lead flow and business volume• Ensure timely feedback on leads and referrals, also ensure that conversions of leads are as per the plan• Provide management with comprehensive information about sales, costs, risks and profitability• Monitor productivity and efficiency of the Sales Team• Motivate the Sales Team to perform• Compliance & customer service• Ensure Training on a on going basis to update product and program changes to Both Branch Banking and Liabilities Team • Manage Sales Officers’ Attrition
