Project - Delhi Metro Rail Project Line-7 (MRT Underground Stations)Master Planning, Architectural design, detailing and schematic design work out of 12 Underground Stations of the Project.Preparation of master planning, concept design, tender drawings & details of Underground Stations necessary for Client's approvals and ensure compliance with codes, standards and legislation.Worked as a Senior Architect and handled a team of four architects.Coordination with other (E&M , Structure) consultants to ensure the proper functionality of the services and fulfil the design requirements without conflict.Client interface meeting, contractors interface meeting, systematically documentation & deadline decisions to ease the finalisation of related work

Projects - Hyderabad Metro Rail Project, Jaipur Metro Rail Project (MRT Elevated Stations)Architectural design, detailing and schematic design workout of respective areas of the Project.Prepare drawings necessary for Client's approvals and ensure compliance with codes, standards and legislation.Review & issue working drawings, coordinated drawings.Coordination with other consultants to ensure the proper functionality of the services and fulfil the design requirements without conflict.

Worked as an Architect with role of part Design & Coordination for all architectural & Interiors aspects of the project.Review & issue working drawings, coordinated drawings and details for proper execution of works during construction.Coordination with Local & Foreign consultants for all design & execution related issues.Resolve & coordinate site related issues to avoid delay in execution process.Check and approve shop drawings submitted by the contractor/ vendors.Material Sampling & approval from Client & designers.Systematical documentation & deadline decisions to ease the finalisation of related work.

Project - Delhi International Airport Terminal - 3Worked as an Architect with role of part coordination and architectural resolution of the passenger terminal building, Piers and Ancillary Buildings.Architectural detailing and schematic design workout of respective areas of the Airport Project.Modify the conceptual designs incorporating required changes and prepare the preliminary drawings, for the Client's approval.Prepare drawings necessary for Client's approvals and ensure compliance with codes, standards and legislation, as applicable and assist the Client in obtaining the statutory approvals thereof, if required.Prepare and issue working drawings and details for proper execution of works during construction.Check and approve shop drawings submitted by the contractor/ vendors.Visit the site of work, at intervals mutually agreed upon, to inspect and evaluate the Construction Works and where necessary, clarify any decision, offer interpretation of the drawings/specifications, attend conferences and meetings to ensure that the project proceeds generally in accordance with the conditions of contract and keep the Client informed and render advice on actions, if required. Coordination with other consultants( Mechanical, Electrical, Pluming) to ensure the proper functionality of the services and fulfill the design requirements without conflict.
