With a steadfast commitment to educational leadership, my tenure at BASE Educational Services has been marked by developing and implementing innovative physics curricula tailored to aspiring IIT candidates. The role of Head of Department for JEE Advanced Physics has allowed me to harness my deep understanding of the subject to elevate our programs and, in turn, our students' success.As Program Head, I oversee the IIT Achievers team which includes 60 teachers, ensuring that our pedagogical approaches are both cutting-edge and effective. Our collective efforts have consistently enhanced student performance and contributed to the growth of our organization, reflecting my passion for fostering educational environments that challenge and inspire.
