Planning & Scheduling• Prepare cost & resource loaded schedule of works including detailed Testing & Commissioning demonstrating fulfillment of all contract requirements, which include specific requirements regarding constraints & milestones and interrelation with all Sub contractors.Project Progress Tracking• Monitoring of work progress at site.• • Tracking of submissions/approvals of drawings/ materialsRisk Management• Monitor the status of all identified risks• Assisting the Project Head in claims management related to time schedule,Analysis & Reporting• Preparation of delay analysis, EOT claims etc. • Preparation of daily, weekly & monthly progress report.• Update the schedule with actual executed information and submit in the form of periodic reports.Pre Construction • To interact with the Architects & Consultants.• To study the tender conditions.• To study the BOQ.• To study the sequences of various activities to be completed on the basis of project requirement• To prepare the basic bar – Chart.• To assure the manpower & Machinery deployment on site by the contractors.• To assist the Project Head in finalizing the agreed master program.• To prepare the monthly MIS reports as per the formats.• Coordination and monitoring with material suppliers.• Participation in Internal progress meeting, external progress meeting & management meetings. • Preparation of construction work program.• To study the various site conditions as regards the construction sequence.• To update (Tracking) of the master program on a fortnightly basis.• To obtain the information from the project team about the various activities at site.• To study the details about the Resources Post construction phase• To prepare the final summary of the project as regards the total cost– budgeted v/s actual, timelines – estimated v/s actual, resources – Estimated v/s Actual.Contract/Commercial phase• Contractual response writing abilities.
