Job Responsibilities:-Handling a team of 25QAs who audit for five different campaigns-Conducting internal calibration on a weekly basis-Maintaining the feedback reports and updating the management -Conducting calibration sessions with other centers as well-Keeping the co-ordination between all centers regarding any compliance or updates-Tracking QA performance-Re-auditing few calls per QA to ensure that compliance is taken care of-generating Revenue reports for the company as per the take rates sold on the calls-Ensuring daily and weekly for each rep for compliance and non-sales-training on generating better productivity -Maintaining High standards of Quality and ensuring that the score which is sent by Dish is always above 95%, a benchmark set by them- Conducting a monthly process knowledge test for QAs and reps-Ensuring that process parameters are met for each campaign.- Setting up quality monitoring system and ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications in order to meet client targets. -Adapting and implementing measures to improve the quality-Conducting team huddles to roll out new process, as well having one to one feedback session. -Direct interaction with the clients and active in client conferences.
