ESS Logistic executive

• Responsible for material Receiving & Dispatch. Daily incoming & delivery reports. • Dally base store Requestion order Packaged. Coordination with transporters for on time deliveries.• Store Return Material check of physical stock verification of stores on every day end. Proper storage of material as per defined storage location.• Responsible for loading & storage. Handling manpower. Arranging vehicles for various locations.• Monitoring of Venders complaints in terms of shortages, Excesses, damages, material requirements have per Invoice.• Receiving material of various suppliers from all over India & Export suppliers.• Storage put way and dispatches the material as per inventory/company norms.• Make MIS Reports on daily & weekly basis.• Follow up with Branches for timely dispatches. Fill the State form and online form as per requirement.• Proficient in Stock Reconciliation & Physical stock maintenance.• Order rising invoice preparation as per company’s financial norms using LOGIC SOFTWARE & NEW VISION SOFTWARE package & handling end to end daily inward/outward/other system transactions.• Warehouse management and inventory control based on just in time and supply chain management.
