I would like to be an R&D scientist in the field of structural biology as an expert in protein crystallography and in the future in CryoEM. because I have protein crystallization, crystal diffraction data collection, crystal structure determination, protein expression purification, biochemical and physical characterization (EMSA, SPR, Western blotting, Circular dichroism, Fluorescence binding assay, Co-immunoprecipitation)My experience in protein biochemistry and crystallography, expression, purification, and characterization will make me successful in the position. I have expertise in protein crystallization, X-ray diffraction data collection, crystal structure determination for more than 5 years, protein expression and purification for more than 10 years, and biochemistry and biophysics for more than 10 years. I have been awarded by molecular omics, royal society of Chemistry UK, for Best Poster award at ICPCBMM-PSI-2018 at NCCS Pune, India. Awarded twice a travel grant for Trieste Synchrotron, Italy.
