Process Management Monitoring the overall functioning of processes, identifying improvement areas and implementing adequate measures to maximize employees satisfaction level. Conducting internal process audits & process reviews for ensuring strict adherence to the process parameters/systems as per defined guidelines. Involved in preparing the MIS reports & data analysis. Responsible for generic HR activities viz, processing Consultant invoices, Exit interviews, Absconding process, Confirmation process, Resolution of Adverse Cases, employee query resolution and timely closures of F&F. Conducting audits and maintaining strict adherence to compliance, both operational and statutory. Experience on working with the SAP software for carrying out daily activities (e.g. Offer letter generation, Hiring, report generation, employee confirmations, separations etc...).Employee Engagement  Involved in rigorous follow up for various employee engagement feedback and other HR Surveys for the employees. Actively involved in annual appraisal cycle. Ensuring adherence to high quality of performance by speak Easy sessions (Employee connect) - open house sessions with the employees to take feedback and grievances handling thereby helping in cross functional synergies.
