I have been working in a manufacturing organization since 2015, I started my career as a 3D designer in MICROTEKNIK, INDIA. Same year, I switched to production line of waste management machinery and here I performed several responsibilities such as production, problem analysis, quality assurance, cost maintaining and commissioning. I traveled in six countries for the same purpose.Meanwhile, In 2018 individually I started working on lithium battery. It took around one and half year to complete with all required information. For instance, Nature of battery, types of cell, assembly process, required machinery, source of raw material, total investment of plant and application of lithium batteries.From 2020, I am working as a Plant Head in lithium battery assembly unit at MICROTEKNIK ENERGY SOLUTION, INDIA. Responsibilities are procurement of raw material, quality assurance of (Cell, BMS and final Product), cost cutting without compromising the quality, managing the manpower and R&D.
