I had the opportunity to engage in diverse and challenging projects, significantly enhancing my technical skills and professional expertise. This experience taught me the importance of precision, accountability, and continuous improvement, which have become core principles in my professional journey.Key Aspects of Professional Development:• Successful leadership and completion of the 43rd Indian Scientific Expedition to Antarctica at the Maitri-II Station (Schirmacher Oasis).• Successful leadership and completion of the Rule-Based Symbology Framework.• Geospatial Database Creation for the Large Scale Mapping (LSM) Project.• High-Resolution DEM/DSM Generation for Haryana State using Drone-Based Data Collection.• Land Parcel Mapping under Large Scale Mapping (LSM) for the Municipal Area of Haryana.• Successfully executed a detailed Network Analysis project for Haryana state using ArcGIS Pro and QGIS.These projects involved the use of advanced GIS software’s and techniques, enhancing my technical proficiency in spatial data analysis, remote sensing, data visualization and also underscored the critical role of GIS in protecting and supporting communities.

I worked as a GIS Intern with the District Disaster Management Authority (DDMA) Chamba under HPSDMA. This role was pivotal in teaching me essential work ethics and the importance of adhering to strict deadlines. I successfully led multiple projects, further honing my expertise in the geospatial field.My work had a significant impact on disaster management, resource planning, and public health in Chamba district, demonstrating the practical applications of GIS in addressing real-world challenges.Major Project Completed:• Landslide Susceptibility and Vulnerability Mapping for Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh.• Resource Mapping for Chamba District of Himachal Pradesh.• Containment Zone Mapping of COVID-19 for Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh.
