As a Consulting Intern, I successfully completed two projects that allowed me to gain valuable skills in employee engagement, user research and rebranding strategy.For my first project, I designed and executed an Employee Engagement Survey for a logistics services client, which was instrumental in the client's employer branding and Great Place To Work certification strategy. I developed a reusable asset that could be scaled to design engagement surveys for different clients, and conducted workshops to define user personas and capture their journeys to identify engagement areas.For my second project, I collaborated with an AI crowdsourcing client to outline a rebranding strategy aimed at engagement, retention, and acquisition of users. I analyzed over 250 user feedbacks and interviewed 30+ people to understand the user journey on the app. I then followed a multi-step approach, spanning social media, app features, and website to drive engagement.Overall, my experience equipped me with valuable skills in project management, client communication, and user research.

As a Research Intern at Terminal Ballistics Research Laboratory (TBRL), Defence Research and Development Organization (DRDO) during my undergrad in Aerospace Engineering, I had the opportunity to contribute to the end-to-end design of a sled for testing aircraft escape systems of indigenous fighter aircraft.My responsibilities included studying the parameters of the rail track rocket sled (RTRS) environment, researching sled systems, gathering inputs from the R&D department, and designing a 3D model of the sled using SolidWorks. I collaborated with the manufacturing team to understand their constraints and optimized the sled. I also performed FEM analysis in Ansys Workbench for different loads and developed an automatic braking system for the sled.My proposal for the final design was presented to the RTRS Group's leadership, and upon approval, I headed the fabrication process of the sled.Overall, my experience equipped me with valuable skills in design thinking, SolidWords, Ansys Workbench, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
