I’m Ashwani and have over 3.5 years of experience in Strategic Account and Category Management across major e-commerce and social platforms. In my recent role at Swiggy, I managed 80 crores + Gourmet Portfolio driving +230% revenue growth YoY by leveraging strong data analysis, digital strategies and stakeholder collaboration. Prior to this, at Google’s YouTube Shopping team, I led the Sleepwear & Innerwear category achieving 360% revenue growth YoY and driving innovative campaigns, such as launching YouTube Live in collaboration with India’s top YouTube influencers to achieve exponential revenue growth. I also have entrepreneurial experience as the founder of Petalvista, successfully navigating end-to-end operations and achieving impressive revenue and margins within months. My strengths lie in data-driven decision-making, customer-centric growth initiatives & strategic partnerships.I started my professional journey in 2021 from Google after completing my MBA from IIM Indore where I majored in Analytics and Marketing. I also completed my Bachelor’s from IIM Indore in ‘Foundations of Management’ specialization where I extensively studied core subjects in Statistics, Economics and Humanities & spent 6 months in University of Vaasa, Finland studying key differences in marketing strategies of India vs Europe .
