CurrentProvide prompt and efficient IT support for on-site and remote staff to client “Gilead Sciences”, addressing hardware, software, and network issues to minimize disruptions.• Assist users with O365, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint issues and management.• Add users to distribution lists and security groups based on job roles and service requests.• Configure end-user accounts and devices using Intune, Active Directory, and Group Policy Management.• Conduct imaging and deployment of laptops and workstations for seamless integration into the company's IT infrastructure.• Provision and configure user accounts for TruU Identity & RSA token to ensure secure access.• Manage IT onboarding, IT induction, and offboarding processes for remote and on-site staff.• Provide iOS and Android support and assist with BYOD enrollments.• Utilize the ServiceNow ticketing system to manage, document, and process incident and request tickets.• Manage IT assets and inventory via Gilead Inventory System and advanced Excel sheets, ensuring equipment readiness and tracking.• Ensure all endpoint devices and systems adhere to the organization's Standard Operating Environment.• Administer and support Zoom meetings, Zoom Workspace Reservation & Calling platform.• Optimize Zoom infrastructure for dynamic business requirements.• Troubleshoot and configure conference room equipment, including audio-visual (A/V) systems for critical meetings and presentations.• Provided Smart Hands and Feet assistance for Global Network & Security teams to assist on network configuration, incident and change requests, and network device installations.• Provide Smart Hands assistance for Global Network & Security teams, assisting in network configuration, incident and change requests, and network device installations.• Support LAN, WAN, internet, VPN, wireless, and related network technologies.
