Information Technology Support Engineer
Current- Provide prompt and efficient IT support for on-site and remote staff to client “Gilead Sciences”, addressing hardware, software, and network issues to minimize disruptions.
- Assist users with O365, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint issues and management.
- Add users to distribution lists and security groups based on job roles and service requests.
- Configure end-user accounts and devices using Intune, Active Directory, and Group Policy Management.
- Conduct imaging and deployment of laptops and workstations for seamless integration into the company's IT infrastructure.
- Provision and configure user accounts for TruU Identity & RSA token to ensure secure access.
