Project is to setup and deploy Cisco ASR Routers in Core, Backbone & RAN for leading Telecom Giant for its 4G/LTE roll-out to provide high speed internet on Mobile.Client: Cisco SystemsResponsibilities:• Survey Sites to capture the requirement and provide feedback for current status of sites for deployment.• Perform Installation of Cisco devices (ASR9010, ASR903, ASR901, ASR920i, and ASR920o) as per instruction and guidelines mentioned in the Nodal Design Document provided by the customer.• Upgrade/Downgrade the IOS, IOS-XE, IOS-XR of installed device as per Network Implementation Plan provided.• Configure the router as per provided Plan.• Do necessary connectivity of the equipment using Fibre Patch cords and/or Ethernet cables with other equipments (FMS, ODF, LTE Device etc) as per ports designated for integration of Node.• Do proper routing and labelling of Links, power cable & equipment, required for Acceptance Test of Node. • Schedule Acceptance Testing under intimation to Customer and Perform Acceptance Testing as per nodal acceptance testing procedures provided by Customer.• Document results including any failed tests. Take remedial measures in respect of failed tests and re-perform the Acceptance Testing.• Align Teams for tasks assigned for smooth completion.• Train new team members for the project.• Preparing & providing reports related to the ongoing project to the concerns.

• Ring Planning and Ring Up-gradation to obtain 99.99% Network Uptime.• Network Optimization and Preventive Maintenance activities for better performance.• Troubleshooting of Customer N/W Circuits (VC-12, VC-3 and VC-4).• Providing Technical Support and Fault Management (VC-12, VC-3 and VC-4).• Making transport path up by clearing path alarms like TU-AIS, TU-LOP, LP-SF, LP-PLM, LOS, MS-RDI, MS-AIS, TIM etc.• To co-ordinate with field engineers on solutions to troubleshoot and repair complex circuits, equipment configuration, optical link losses, hardware faults and PDH faults.• Testing of signals (VC-12, VC-3 or STM-n signal) by coordinating with customer by giving loop from Transport equipments.• Pro-active monitoring of priority customers by checking Performance Logs.• Co-ordinate with NOC teams during Outages for faster restoration of services.

• Monitoring SDH NMS of Siemens with different SDH transport equipment of STM 1 to STM 16 capacity i.e. SMA, ADR155c, ADR2500c.• Presently working on Siemens NMS version 5.4.• Testing of circuits: Carry out the provisioning of VC-12, VC-3, and VC-4 links.• Troubleshooting and restoration of VC-12/VC-3/VC-4/ STM-1/ 4/ 16 links based on the complaints from customers with minimum restoration time with high resolution.• Finding root cause analysis of potential & traffic outage related problems & Provide RFO.• Troubleshooting involve in L1 circuits & L2 circuits• Analyze performance reports and troubleshoot to fix the problem • Manage escalations and trouble ticketing process• Coordinate preventive maintenance activities. • Provide 24x7 Customer call handling• Installation of Service Links at Customer premises (DSL, ISDN, LL, ILP)• Troubleshooting of Faults and rectification of the same, to provide high customer satisfaction.• Testing of Links using o BER Tester- For electrical Circuits.o PRI Tester – For PRI Links.o Ethernet Tester – For Ethernet Links. • Installation of Internet Services and creating WIFI Zone in Large Premises.
