I have been working in the mining industry since I started with KCGM as a vacation student in Nov-2008; my knowledge and technical skills relating to the mining industry have enhanced immensely. I have worked as a graduate for three years and have nine years of post-graduate experience. Every mine site I have worked has been different, but my adaptability to work well within the team has helped me work in complex environments and structures. I have learned multiple skills from various mine sites; I have had the opportunity to work with great mentors in the past who have helped me shape my career and the reason behind its success. My problem-solving, analytical, and people engagement skills have helped me in this transition. I have been appointed as Alternate Quarry Manager in my previous and current role, carrying out the duties with due diligence.
