- Manage real and theoritical cash reconciliation - Perform reconciliation to identify the reason for the break and connect with BO to resolve breaks.- Ensure that all activities are completed as per the agreed SLA.- Identify opportunities for improving the efficiency of the process and ensure team members are trained on the same. Maintain all relevant training records.

1. Working on cloud based ERP application which provides an end to end hire to retire HR services to the end users including HR modules like Employee Profile, Onboarding,Employee Life Cycle changes, Letter generation, Business Expense, Leave Management, Attendance or Time-off Management, Shift Management and Separation module etc.2. Configure, test, support and implement HRMS as per the client requirement.3. Gather and document functional requirements and translate functional needs into technical solutions.4. Responsible for end to end HRMS project implementations for multiple global clients, handling queries and providing solutions.
