Synchronously working with internal QA team, designing of experiments (Push & Pull-out test, IP testing) for qualifications, summarizing and documenting the results.Qualifying supplier for various special process & surface treatments by supporting with qualification plans, checklists, detailed process requirements & standards as per customer requirement.Investigating defects and solving quality and manufacturing issues during production for smooth flow of operations in shop floor.Making new tools jigs & fixture for welding and inspection gauges for quality check to minimize the error and time of production.
