Identifying and plugging gaps in overall patented bottle collection and maximising old bottle return in the system and improving overall profitability. Patented bottle project implementation- establishing reverse supply chain, develop tracing mechanism, and forecasting model. State wise reconciliation of entire bottle value chain and minimise bottle breakages.  Responsible for integrated supply chain – Demand & supply planning, procurement, logistics and Inventory management. Manage strategic supplier / partner, enable supplier performance, cost optimization, ensuring business continuity for critical SKU’s / suppliers. Formulate strategies and plan enabling placement of PM at sites to avoid any production loss. Conceptualizing & preparing procurement budget. Negotiating & finalizing rates & preparing long term agreements. Monitoring & price variance analyzing against budget and ensure all procurement cost are within the budget. Development of new product packaging in coordination with marketing and availability of PM for timely launch. New vendor development to reduce procurement cost and driving sustainability in the entire supply chain. Cost reduction by innovative procurement, value re-engineering.
