Make sure customers complaints are 100% satisfactorily resolved. Responding customer’s query over calls / E-mails.Corresponding with customers via Phone, Letter, Emails. Resolving complaints, making sure complaints are closed on CMS (Complaint Management System) within defined Time line. Accept and Log complaints received directly to PRU via letter or e-mail.Acknowledge complaints within 48 hours. Providing assistance to branch staffs for logging complaints on CMS.Provided assistance to team members with respect to complaint matters or other issues.Make Acknowledgment/ Interim / Closure of complaints when required. Maintaining file records. Closing complaint over recorded channels (phone, letter, E-mail). Handling all administration work of the Department.
