Currently teaching two design- and technology-focused courses at the Sustainability & Management School of Switzerland:- BFUN 103: Digital Skills and the Modern Workplace - a future-focused course where we cover trends in technology, basic tech work skills, design thinking, Web 3.0, and more through hands-on activities and theoretical study.- BFUN 104: Website Programming - a fully interactive course where students go from zero code knowledge to a website using available frameworks such as Bootstrap, and then on to integrating that with a database and JavaScript frameworks to create a full-fledged e-commerce website.All courses held via Zoom using all available tools as well as using the BSD Online application for programming and other activities.

Multi-disciplinary work for global small business clients that includes business analysis, UI & UX design, copywriting and consulting.Day-to-day involves 30% time spent consulting with clients on the best way to solve business problems, 30% crafting documentation around the solutions, and 30% work on implementing the solutions. FairMaid is a fairness-based web platform for hiring domestic workers in Hong Kong, and was started as a project of the "lab" I ran at On-Off. I designed and built the initial system, led creative direction for the UI and UX design of the platform in current state, and continue to be the Chief Technical Officer while providing strategic direction.

Part-owner of the digital agency, my role was focused on running the startups-focused MVP Development part of our offering. Most projects involved 1) designing the architecture & interface for offline-to-online (O2O) software for small/medium-scale startups, and 2) creating Minimum Viable Product software/hardware/hybrid systems or applications for idea-stage startups.The remainder of my role was spent developing FairMaid, a new domestic helper hiring platform for Hong Kong, and doing public speaking, workshops, and hackathons.

UI and UX design for corporate client employee advertising campaigns (tech-oriented), onboarding systems, employee retention programs, and internal software.

Provided UX research, UI desin, and technical / business-oriented UX support across a range of functions for corporate financial clients in HK.

As employee #3, I led Design for the startup and developed new products from scratch, working closely with the CPO and new / forward technologies. Also provided UX and business consulting on sales strategy, acting as a bridge between Development and Sales/Marketing.Other responsibilities as a Creative Director included development of themes for our B2B clients, custom app interfaces, guerilla user research, and interior design assistance for new office space.
