Dealt with semi-automating the Workflow process of Accounts Payable as the entire process is done in SAP, client was looking for an end-to-end solution with robust and dedicated image handling capabilities which will serve as a single solution across all heterogeneous applications deployed in the organization.• Implemented solution to the client which helped in the reduction of overall TAT from 10 days to 2-3 days from Scanning of Invoice to Payment disbursement.• Ensured necessary 2-way, 3-way matching of invoices, Duplicate checks, approvals based on COA/SOA and integration with the SAP system till payments.
