Products: Medium & High voltages cable Termination kits & accessories.• Handling Customer Inspections as per plan- by coordination & follow-up with Sales, Planning, Production and Logistics forsmooth customer inspections.• Receipt and Review of Customer Orders documents and material for customer inspection.• Documentation- Preparation of MOM, Acceptance/ witness/waiver reports, QAP, RTR and calibration summary documents forcustomer approval.• For customer approval and carrying out Customer inspection – collection of Routine test reports, calibration certificates, Rawmaterial test certificate, inspection related document submitted during order booking like Inspection call, GTP, Order allotmentdetails & Type test report from respective departments such as in-process testing, incoming, order handling team & sales.• Preparation and Release of MIS as per Business needs on timely and accurate basis.

Quality Assurance and testing-Products: Medium Voltage Switchgears - RMU (Ring Main Unit)-12kV, 24kV and 36kV with FRTU/control cabinet/Metering panel• Responsible for Monitoring of routine testing, final inspection and Coordinate with project management for customerinspections/FATs and its documentation.• Responsible for to achieve targeted FPY of Testing and Final inspection.• Handling customer complaints- RCA of customer complaint and submission of CAPA report.• Supplier visit for final inspection of outsourced products and to resolve issues.• Preparation of Day wise testing plan as per monthly manufacturing plan & Allocation of manpower according to work priorities.• Maintain and monitor inspection records on daily/weekly/monthly/yearly basis.• Preparation of routine test certificate, inspection document, witness certificate.• Bought-outs component’s Failure/ site return products root cause analysis along with cross functional teams and taking up/follow ups of issues with suppliers.• Periodic skill certification of operators and training to operators for new test, new equipment handling, customized unit wiring,5S and prepare skill matrix for operators.• Conducting process audits and escalating observations/NC to concerns and doing closure in tracker.• Active involvement in NPD/ new part in existing product for validation of electrical components.• Generation of PR/PO in Microsoft-AX dynamics system for purchase of new equipment.• Mock drill & its report as & when required at workplace in co-ordination with Safety officer.• Attended training of CI (Continuous Improvement), VSM (Value Stream mapping) & KAIZEN by Mr. Paul Glenn- SlidingParadigms and Active involvement in CI projects in organization.

Products: High Voltage Switchgears - GIS (Gas Insulated Substation) -145kV to 800kV Class, LCC (Local Cubical Control) & FACTs device -STATCOM (Static Synchronous Compensator) In-process and final testing/Inspection of GIS, LCC and STATCOM as per schematic, ITP and GTP. Attended Professional training of manufacturing & testing of STATCOM in Hyosung Corporation at Changwon, South Korea. Active participation in Customer (PGCIL) factory approval audit for new product at factory. Visits at ERDA, Vadodara and CPRI, Banglore for Type test feasibility checks for new product. New product - Type test at ERDA, Vadodara- preparation, execution and documentations.  Non-conformity identification and analysis in products & Preparation of Quality improvement reports. Conducted process audits- implementation and maintain record. Preparation of test procedure, check sheets and test reports, FPY reports. Maintain calibration of equipment used for testing. Supplier visits for Training & Development activities And PDI of Localized mechanism & drives. Customer on site visits for pre-commissioning activities and troubleshooting of issues.

Products: High Voltage Switchgears - Instrument Transformer & Condenser Bushing-145kV, 245kV, 420kV Final QA and In-process QA testing of Instrument Transformer [CVT-Capacitor Voltage Transformer, IVT-Inductive Voltage Transformer, CT-Current Transformer] & Condenser Bushing as per IS/IEC Standards to achieve divisional quality norms and target. Testing carried out: Capacitance & Tan delta measurement, HV & PD Test, Accuracy Test, Ferro-resonance check. Identification & analysis of nonconformities in products and arrest the defect before out stage. Customer inspections and prepare reports.

Products: Medium Voltage Switchgears - RMU (Ring Main Unit) 12kV, 24kV and 36kV with FRTU/control cabinet/Metering panel Final and In-Process Electrical/Mechanical testing of Safering and Safelink Ring Main Unit Circuit breakers (Medium voltage), Metering & Control Panels as per IEC Standards such as High voltage test, Contact resistance test, Functional test- Relay Testing, FPI Testing, CT-PT Testing with meter functions, FRTU Testing and Endurance test.  BOM verification, Rejection handling, kaizen, 5S activity, Prepare 4Q. Maintain record for daily and monthly FPY & Carry out customer inspection independently. Hands on experience of handling and knowledge of Relays and measuring instruments, Relay program. Supplier visit for testing and final inspection of product. Attended electrical safety internal trainings given by safety officer.
