• As a specialist in payments and reconciliations team, I was involved in supporting both Apple card and GM card customers, I was involved in handling various tasks like dispute cases, inquiries cases complaints, etc…I facilitated the forwarding of critical documents like bankruptcy documents, deceased, credit bureau documents, Attorney representation documents to lending team and savings team. • Payment processing: (1) Initiating payments through various channels such as ACH risk manager checks etc… • (2) Resolving issues during payment processing, including rejected transactions etc… • Reconciliations: (1) Comparing bank statements with internal records to ensure all transactions all properly recorded. • (2) Matching transaction and balances across different accounts to ensure consistency and accuracy • Documentation: (1) preparing reports on payment transactions and reconciliations process for regulatory purpose and management, and maintaining reports related to any communication or investigations, • Providing support to client, queries related to payment and reconciliations to internal stakeholders and external clients. • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy in the payment processing through process enhancements. • I worked in UD (unattributed document) where i review the documents, for Apple card and GM card customers, received through inbound mails. • Identifying document type and creating appropriate cases, Inquiries or disputes accordingly and escalating to the management with in SLA, • Document Analysis. • * Preparing MOM (minutes of meeting) discussed in team huddle. • Preparing productivity sheets on daily basis. • Preparing SLA report on daily basis.
