 Identify new suppliers in view of long-term requirements of the group & qualify on basis of Quality, Cost & Delivery. Work with Engineering to define process parameters and criteria to ensure supplier process capability is effective to meet product and processrequirements. Responsible for procurement & development of fabricated components. Establishing & Negotiate terms, pricing, quality requirements, delivery, and terms with supplier. Ensure proper coordination between the design and development team and site project team for all necessary inputs for/ during product development. Procurement Planning- Review of MRP report after job launch- Identify potential suppliers and resolve issues & errors. Good Knowledge of Import Purchase. Competent technical knowledge on the parts being procured with ability to understand technical specifications and communicate the same. Ensure complete Procure to Pay P2P Lifecycle, Expediting and Supply, Supplier Relationship Management. Checking all BOM as per drawing and making fare price working as per RC. Negotiation & Cost finalization with suppliers as per final comparative.

Roles & Responsibilities:-1. Supervising & guiding the workers, monitoring and controlling the production of standard and non-standard jobs.2. Managing production flow to meet production schedules and customer requirements.3. Preparing daily and weekly plan based upon monthly Plan provided by Planning department and ensuring put away date or dispatch date is taken care of.4. Collaborating with other departments to plan and meet further production requirements.5. Experience in entailing shop floor planning, resource utilization and manpower management6. Managing and conducting welder qualification activities in line with Quality department.7. Responsible for daily hours booking for corresponding work done.8. Responsible for Material Purchase Planning.9. Follow up with supplier for dispatch & claims.

Preparing all documents which are submitted to the costumer like (GA drg, QAP, Po copy, Internal Inspection Report, blasting & Painting Report, Paint TC & Material TC).6.
