• Responsible for sourcing candidates from Job Boards, LinkedIn, Google searches, direct cold calling, company database, and referrals• Screen resumes and candidates technically, rate their technical and communication skills. • Articulated and negotiated job offers with candidates• Clearly communicated all aspects of the offer including salary, stock options, benefits, bonuses, relocating, etc.• Shortlist and submit the right profiles and schedule the interviews. • Working on requirements of most of the technologies like Databases, System Administration, Network Engineering, Project Management, Service delivery Manager, Devops, AWS, AZure, Java, Etc.
