Briefing the candidates about the job profile, package, organization, etc. Follow up with candidates for interviews and joining Arranging and attending Drives as per client requirements Maintaining systematic database of all candidates. Responsible for managing end to end recruitment life cycle for assigned assignments. Periodic meetings with Hiring Managers to discuss the details about the requirements and understand their expectations on the same. Interacting with business unit heads and other key managers to develop the recruitment plan for current and projected requirements.Industry knowledge, including company mapping, clients requirement, developing personal understanding and sharing with the team.
