Process Equipments, Utilities, Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical, Civil material, etc.,Receiving the PRs from various functions and analyzes the requirements for making PO (P2P Cycle)Understand Specifications, Selection of Suppliers & forward enquiries - ReviewSpecifications on purchase requests and, where necessary discuss with the originator, in order to convey the right information to the vendors so that minimum technical clarifications are conducted to obtain finally the acceptable offer and evaluating Bids & making techno-commercial comparative statements.Negotiation - Conducting / participating in negotiation to obtain the best price or to improve the delivery or enforce the organizations purchasing terms and conditions.Preparing the PO and forward the same electronically to the Vendor. Obtain Vendor acknowledgement, expedite and ensure materials delivered on time.Maintaining a close coordination with the Vendor/shipper and CHAs for clearance of the shipment and ensure the material reaches to Warehouse on time.Coordinating with the Finance and ensuring timely payment to VendorsMaintaining of PR-PO-GR tracker
