I am pursuing my MBA in Digital Transformation at NMIMS Mumbai, repositioning my skills to combine technology and business strategies to achieve innovation. With a background in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering and work experience at Ericsson.At Ericsson, I managed operations support for the Veon Algeria project, where I was responsible for maintaining 16+ servers and ensuring 24/7 operational uptime. I implemented two key automations, one of which saved my team over 500+ hours annually, earning me awards for efficiency. These automatons improved operational productivity and reduced time to respond to client requests. I also provided on-call support, resolving P2, P3, and P4 incidents, and ensuring client satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication.During my MBA academic journey, I have led several projects, including optimizing production processes in a corrugated carton manufacturing facility, utilizing maintenance scheduling and Industry 4.0 concepts like MTBF and MTTR to reduce downtime costs by over 50%. Additionally, leveraged concepts of the digital capability model to identify current capability maturity levels and future company objectives for building a roadmap. My internships during B. Tech included developing projects such as motion detection systems and an active noise cancellation device.
