Service Delivery Manager
Current- Single point of contact for service delivery for all Service lines/Technology.
- Managed all Delivery communications and ensured relevant governance/Interlock with sending geo and End customer.
- Review of Service line performance with Senior Management to discuss and devise improvement plans for Productivity gains.
- Ensure that service levels are achieved and are in line with the contracts and that of customers expectations are met or exceeded.
- Understand client requirements, business opportunity identification, guidance, support and closure
- Managed and supported the overall relationship between clients and the Geo(IBM Australia. Canada & Mexico) on behalf of GTS-MCMS to ensure all the Service lines meets the demands of the service.
