CurrentRole: Senior Frontline Engineer – Customer Sales & Support Center• Responsible for customer interactions across MENA region• Order and Contract Management: Process customer orders, validate pricing/contracts, and ensure accurate order fulfillment.• Billing and Invoicing: Generate accurate invoices, ensure tax compliance, and address discrepancies efficiently.• Accounts Receivable and Collections: Monitor payments, reconcile accounts, and manage credit limits to minimize overdue balances.• Customer Support and Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary contact for O2C queries, resolving disputes to maintain customer satisfaction.• Process Optimization and Reporting: Analyze KPIs, streamline workflows, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance.* Regional level of SIOP and SIOE Activities
