• Responsible to source, recruit and maintain candidates for Direct Hire, Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Project Based technical positions.• Recruit, screen, interview, and close candidates for contract and permanent positions. Interview applicants by ensuring that their skills match job requirements. • Maintain and document candidate and client communications in the data base. • Follow-up on all contract employees to ensure retention and quality. • Cultivate and maintain relationships with candidates and clients. • Responsible for identifying talented candidates and assisting with the entire recruiting process from sourcing to hire per account manager’s direction. • Expert in advanced recruiting techniques working within a high volume environment Full life cycle recruiting from nuts to bolts to include; sourcing, phone screening, in person behavioral based interviews, administering tests and background checks/reference checking across a complete range of skill set and disciplines providing staffing solutions on a project, contract and contract to permanent basis.• Utilize and establish, proven recruiting resources to build a network of qualified candidates to recruit, submit and close on various job orders. • Ensure total customer satisfaction by handling all inquiries and resolving customer and contractor issues.• Establish and maintain relationships with consultants on assignment.• Successfully establish, maintain and build relationships with all levels of corporate executives and IT professionals• Responsible for all negotiations and pay rates.• Extensively used Internet job boards/search engines (Dice.com, Google Search, Monster, Career Builder, etc).• Utilizing various sourcing method to generate candidate including extensive sourcing from Web portal, Internal Database, Web Posting, Employee referrals and Networking.
