Currently, I am honing my skills as a Data Scientist Intern at Rubixe AI while leveraging my analytical and problem-solving abilities as a Customer Support Specialist at TSG Solutions.Career Journey:After graduating with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, I began my career as a Machine Design Engineer at Cen Technologies Pvt Ltd, where I spent 10 months designing and implementing mechanical systems. This role sharpened my technical skills and attention to detail.Next, I transitioned to a Sourcing and Proposal Engineer role for 7 months, where I developed expertise in evaluating suppliers, managing procurement processes, and preparing technical proposals. This experience enhanced my project management and negotiation skills.Currently, I serve as a Customer Support Specialist at TSG Solutions, where I apply my engineering background to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
