Sitting in the Infrastructure team, covering both the Global Infrastructure and Australian Infrastructure Funds, the role is a conduit between the Infrastructure team (investment and asset management) and the rest of the business (Marketing, Global Investor Relations, Finance and Operations, Performance, Product, Commercial and Foreign Exchange execution).Key responsibilities include fund and portfolio forecasting and monitoring of portfolio construction, liquidity and foreign exchange management, investor and asset consultant presentations, and coordination of the quarterly valuations and reporting processes.The role also has a key focus on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the above portfolio activities, including creation or refinement of relevant portfolio financial models and data aggregation processes.

Sitting within the Property, Mortgages and Capital Markets division. Responsible for property fund analysis, portfolio management and implementation and reporting. The role covers financial analysis of acquisitions, disposals and brownfield developments. Covering healthcare, retail, office and industrial property.Also part of the Wholesale capital team looking at product development and analysis of various real estate debt and equity products for domestic and international wholesale investors.

Infrastructure Advisory provides commercial advice to government and private sector clients on project assessment, feasibility studies, options assessment, procurement methodologies, bid evaluation and project delivery.Focussed largely on government real estate advisory, including masterplanning, feasibility analysis and other advisory work including infrastructure roll-out (covering financial, commercial and project issues of infrastructure roll out for real estate development). Significant exposure to financial modelling for both transactions as well as operational work, as well as sensitivity and risk analysis.Experience in refinancing analysis, PPPs and business case development.
