Raise awareness of Danway EME capabilities and resources within identified customer and geographical regions.Partner with the commercial team to ensure competitive and profitable bid submission.Design Review as per the specification standards, Proposal Estimation and Contract Negotiation.Review Tender specifications and interface with clients for finalization of specifications, providing cost effective solutions and thereby developing client relationships which could results in project award for the company.Play a pivotal role in enquiry generation, specification finalisation, proposal submission and order finalisation in relation to the afore mentioned businesses.Manage the subcontracts packages in terms of technical and commercial evaluation and finalize vendors as per their technical and commercial competency.Manage the commercial and technical parameters of the project execution stage for Internal project team as well as subcontract vendors for on time delivery within budget. Completing pre-tender obligations like study of contractual conditions, project cost analysis including cost impact of techno-commercial conditions.Implementing strategies/policies and reaching out to the unexplored market segments/customer groups for business expansion.Ability to structure price, create and execute a deal strategy with commercial team by conducting appropriate assessment, negotiate and close deals.Provide direction for all commercial initiatives with direct involvement in the areas of contract bids, contract negotiations, project review, estimation, quotation, scheduling and order expediting and engineering / project management. Ability to exhibit excellent negotiation skills, understand customer needs, negotiate complex sales, and total value offering to customers. Represent the company at senior level meetings with domestic and overseas customers, attend trade fairs, exhibitions and seminars.
