As a Hygiene Manager, I oversees the maintenance/upgrade of sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure all food served to guests, employees are free of microbiological, chemical and physical contamination, and all work areas and hosts conform to required Hygiene and Sanitation levels and standards. In Hygiene Manager role within a Resorts, I play a significant role in ensuring the progress of the Food Safety Management System in the hotel. As Hygiene Manager, I ensure all the team members are competent and trained. I'm responsible for coordination with third party auditors for Food Safety Management System and also responsible for conducting regular inspection of all food preparation, handling and serving areas.
