Well versed with Project Management techniques (Agile , Lean and waterfall ) and implementation of these techniques within the project framework. As Deputy manager in Project Engineering management I was responsible to coordinate with multi disciplines in Engineering Design Team for activities associated with project scope, planning of tasks, and technical support for the completion of design phase of the project as per the project management framework.Lead preparation of packages for inclusion inEPC contracts; compliant with client requirements and other applicable internal and external codesand standards.Lead preparation of EPC and O&M contract technical specifications and other technical schedules.Supported Project manager in preparation of EPC tender package, review of EPC proposals. Managed engineering process and provided supportto Project manager during engineering & detail design review, interconnection delivery, procurement,construction, commissioning and handover project phases, including liaising with client , vendors and engineering team. With over 6 years of experience in Piping engineering I’ve gained hands on experience on developing layouts , stress analysed critical systems and designed piping supports for various projects. I’ve liaised with construction and commissioning teams during the construction phase of projects.
