Tailing project E/I Coordinator

Supporting to power house/ utility plant.• Developed IFC package for upgrade CEMS (NOx, SO2, and CO2) analyzer probe and Obsolete SO2 gas detection system. Reviewed and redlined all related drawings like wiring diagram and datasheet.• Created SIF table and participated in PHA for boilers and instrument air system.• Modified ESDS for optimizing PM frequency for all instrumentation.• Prepared ESDS (Equipment Strategic data sheet) for regulating control valves, motorized valves, proportional and directional hydraulic valves, proximity switches, photo sensors, encoders, and magnetic switches. • Supported in BMS system yearly check. • Supported in day to day maintenance to execution E/I team.

Working in Upgrading area

• Worked on commissioning and troubleshooting in Distributed Control System (DCS) of Yokogawa CS3000• Commissioned DCS system including I/O hookups, configuration of I/O’s, logic and graphic development, and loop testing• Assigned Input/Output (I/O), logic modifications as per process requirements, updating and downloading, software installation and created backups in a PLC (Allen Bradley)• Checked different schematics & wiring drawings and relay logics for troubleshooting problems related to PLC and DCS. • Trained at Yokogawa India Ltd for their product range –DCS. Worked as efficient operation of Copper furnace plant by modifying logics of melting process. • Trained for Allen Bradley PLC. Worked as efficient operation of Copper Refinery plant by modifying logics of Cathode Preparation machine. • Worked with SMART Instruments namely Emersion, Yokogawa, E&H, Siemens and ABB for pressure, flow, level, temperature, pH, and conductivity • Designed for the conveyor control systems in solid handling, which was tripping whole system. Due to water inside to bells way switches it blown the fuse of DCS card. So change the wiring and got control through control contactor for smooth and reliable operation. • Prepared construction work package for the application of ultrasonic level transmitter instead of using level switch for maintenance free operation for water tank level. • Designed and executed project of bagging weighting system for smooth and accurate weight of ALF3 (Aluminum fluoride) plant. Prepared IFC package for replacement of Jasubhai weighting system to mettler Toledo system.
