• Planning & scheduling the procurement activities for the project and O&M.• Leading end-to-end procurement function from identification to payment for the vendors.• To review the Monthly/Weekly/ Daily plan of the procurement team.• Directing a Team of 3 people.• To perform & maintain records of Vendor Pre-qualification, Empanelment, and periodic evaluation.• To evaluate vendors based on capabilities, cost & performance periodically.• To negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.• To review Project Timelines with the delivery schedule, Keeping track of the payment schedules and advances.• Cost analysis and estimation.• Procurement including Mechanical B & C class components, Electrical C class components, Indirect procurement, Mechanical Tools, Capex procurement, PPE material, consumables, IT material procurement, Software procurement, and P&T PO Negotiations & finalization, Finalizing the prices of all types of contracts for Projects and O&M-related services.• Follow client standards and procedures for inspection, documentation requirements, delivery Requirements, Technical specifications, etc.• Float inquiry to vendors.• Create a comparison. • Negotiation with the vendor.• Generating Purchase Orders in SAP.• Follow up for Shipment.• Additional duties may be assigned, as required.

• Cost analysis and estimation.• Float RFQ and RFP to bidders.• Float inquiry to vendors • Procurement including Piping Material (Bulk Piping), (Flanges, Valves, Fittings, Gaskets, Instruments, etc.) Mechanical Machinery and consumables, Electrical machines & consumables, Fabrication of (Vessels, Equipment, Boilers as per client requirement, different types of steels (pipe/tube/angles/channels/fasteners, etc.), FRP piping, all material included in OIL and Gas which is required by the client (EIL approved vendors).• Follow client standards and procedures for inspection, documentation requirements, delivery Requirements, Technical specifications, etc.• Create a comparison. • Prepare Estimation Sheet.• Negotiation with vendor.• Generating Purchase Orders• Vendor evaluation and vendor registration.• Follow up for Shipment.• Additional duties may be assigned, as required.• Completed Different types of Projects related to the Incinerator package for Reliance Jamnagar /IOCL projects/ONGC Project/NRL Assam, etc.

• Float RFQ and RFP to bidders.• Procurement including Construction Machineries, Earth Moving Machinery, Electrical machines & consumables, Mechanical Equipment/machinery/consumables, etc., Automobiles, consumables as per site requirement, different types of steels (pipe/tube/angles/channels/fasteners, etc.).• Procurement of Mechanical Plant & machinery for Green Field Project.• Follow client standards and procedures for inspection, documentation requirements, delivery Requirements, etc. • Create a comparison. • Prepare Estimation Sheet.• Face to Face Negotiation with vendor.• Generating Purchase Orders• Vendor evaluation and vendor registration.• Follow up for Shipment.• Additional duties may be assigned, as required.• Completed Different types of Projects related to Zambia (Africa) (Copper Mines/Coal mines, etc..) in a short period of time.

• Shop floor, Drawbench inspection (Cold Drawn Electric Resistance Welding, CEW)• Coordination with Quality, Finishing & Dispatch Department.• Issue of Test certificates for the finished products.• Classification of non-conforming products into suitable categories, viz. re-work, down gradation, defective, and rejection. • Ensuring a safe working environment and good housekeeping in the Dept.• Create Pre-dispatch inspection reports (PDIR) and batches in SAP.• Daily manpower arrangement• Visual inspection• Check out the quality of the raw material and rolled materials, Mechanical & physical properties.• To check daily production plan and to manage activity accordingly.• Also Involved with Various Projects Related to Piping Procurement and execution.• Got an opportunity to work with the procurement department from May 2014 to October 2015.
