 Assist in Review, Preparation & Revision of Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) and Inspection Test Plans (ITP), based on project specifications and applicable class rules. Also, preparation of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Work Instruction (WI) for key processes. Stage wise Quality function related inspection activities according to Quality plan and applicable codes from Material Inspection to final inspection by Third party.  Liaising with Third Party Surveyors for internal & external Inspections. Review of applicable Test/Product certificates.  Experience in fabrication, inspection and testing of Class 1 Chemical tanks and high Pressure vessels.Qualification of Welding/Brazing procedures (PQR/WPS/pWPS) to applicable code, QAP and project requirements. Supervise training and qualification of welders. Identification of Heat Treatment/PWHT requirements and review of Charts. Witnessing of mechanical and non-destructive testing procedures.  Recommend and Implement procedure to improve manufacturability, productivity and Quality . Preparation of Shop Weld Plan (SWP) and Weld Instructions (WI) to ensure quality and Distortion control. Supporting production site during non-conformance on issues related to Materials & Welding. NDE result interpretation and preparation of Repair plan. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) with Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA) to reduce downtime and rework.  Estimation of welding consumables for bidding proposals and planning stage delivery based on Production schedules. Screening of welding equipment and brand/batch testing of consumables.  Implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) and conduct periodic Internal Audits to ensure ISO 9001:2015 compliance. Support in Third Party /QA Audits.  Conduct training to workers and Staff on Quality Management procedures, manuals and applicable QAP & systems.
