Job Profile: -Recruitment and Induction-Coordinate with manpower consultants and schedule interview for vacant position-Ensure adherence to the recruitment Budget-Responsible for the completion of the joining formalities for new joinee on time.-Ensure all the new recruits undergo an induction process before reporting to the showrooms.-Open bank accounts for the new joinees and update the same in the payroll. -Time Office Management-Ensure the attendance… Show more Job Profile: -Recruitment and Induction-Coordinate with manpower consultants and schedule interview for vacant position-Ensure adherence to the recruitment Budget-Responsible for the completion of the joining formalities for new joinee on time.-Ensure all the new recruits undergo an induction process before reporting to the showrooms.-Open bank accounts for the new joinees and update the same in the payroll. -Time Office Management-Ensure the attendance is maintained in all the showrooms on daily basis in the region.-Periodic Tracking of employees not reporting to work.-Provide attendance details to the payroll on time.-Ensure Reduction in attrition levels.-Analyse the attrition data on a weekly /Monthly basis and explore the reasons for attrition.-Performance Management-Follow up with the State Head, Area Sales Managers and Cluster Managers to ensure timely conduct of Yearly Evaluation of all the employees.-Personnel Administration-Provide offer letter, confirmation letters, increment letters, promotion letters to employees on time.-Update and maintain the employee database.-Ensure good working condition in all showrooms.-Ensure reduction in attrition levels.-Apply for Trade license and shop License for new showrooms and periodically renew license.-Ensure compliance of process and formats set by the corporate.-Issue mediclaim cards to eligible employees.-Issue ID cards and Uniforms to employees.-Process bills of manpower consultants.-Ensure timely completion of absorption process of employees from various service providers-Ensure timely completion of full and final settlement by using proper settlement process.-Ensure timely completion of the exit interview.-Employee Relations-Periodic Visits to the showroom in the region.-Address the employee grievance on time.-MIS Reports-Prepare reports on manpower on weekly basis.-Furnish any HR based report in the desired format as and when required.-Competitor Analysis Show less
