I have three areas of responsibility at Signify.- As CDIO for Enabling Functions, I am responsible for driving digital transformation globally in partnership with Senior Executives in Finance, Sustainability, IT, Procurement, Audit, Legal, HR & Corporate Security.- As Head of Finance Management Systems (FMS), I have the mandate to accelerate digitization and continued execution of strategic Finance IT projects (AR, RTR, PTP, O2C, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, others), working with the CFO leadership team. Developing the vision & playbook for leveraging Gen AI for Enabling Functions.- As the India leader, I am responsible for site governance for our talent that delivers on digital programs globally and we continue to invest in our growth strategy here in the subcontinent.- Continous focus on productivity & efficiency gains via RPA projects.- Build roadmaps and deliver platforms, analytics & technology to support customer experience, simplified business processes and cost efficiency. - Responsible for investment assessment, prioritization and approval for all Digital initiatives.

- Led a team of product leaders (product mgmt, data engineering, BI & data ops; applications on AWS) globally at BH.- Finance product portfolio focused on delivering finance data & insights (use cases for Finance Closing, managing our Accounts Receivables, driving Cash Collections, Treasury, others) across all 4 product companies at BH and HQ finance teams.- Commercial portfolio geared towards enabling insights into Orders, Leads, Opportunities, Win/Loss metrics that are aligned to our Energy Transition strategy.- Sourcing initiatives focused on continuous integration of data (purchase orders, receipts, invoices, holds) from Ariba & all ERP systems into the central Datalake.- Was responsible for driving finance D&A divestiture strategy / execution roadmap for BH and GE separation.

- Responsible for developing and executing the Finance D&A roadmap to support Baker Hughes and GE separation.- Lead finance analytics and data strategy for Baker Hughes, working across all product lines. - Ensure curated finance data across regions is available for consumption across product companies & the finance community.- Lead data delivery for the Global A/R and DSO program.- Provide insights into global revenue, cost & profitability for the Oilfield Services business.

- Led the data & analytics team supporting GE Capital programs (cash, risk, working capital, DWH simplification), across data engineering, visualization, business analytics and data science.- Developed data & analytics pods (engineering, architecture, visualization & governance) at the GE hubs supporting finance data lake strategy.- Responsible for vendor analyses on professional services & software spend, to identify & drive savings opportunities. - Responsible for developing & managing analytics talent across the Bangalore, Budapest & Riyadh hubs.

- Led a central analytics team driving product marketing, pricing & sales analytics and operations for Dell's Global Support & Deployment (GSD) portfolio.- Responsible for all NPIs & NSIs for Dell's EUC & ESG product lines.- Streamlined data & infrastructure to drive efficiency in data handling and deliver quick, actionable insights.

- Led the product and pricing analytics team supporting Dell's Client Products across regions. - Shared responsibilities with the regional pricing Organization for driving price execution across multiple platforms. - Worked on cost & competitive analyses across all major product lines. - Adept at working with diverse, global stakeholders across various functions such as Product Marketing, Finance, Cost Planning, Commodity Management and other groups.

- Key focus areas are product pricing, cost & competitive analysis.Work across all stages of the overall Pricing lifecycle - Business contract planning, readiness for RTS & launch success, competitive pricing & balancing revenue & margin growth and executing EOL & LTS strategies.

- Played a lead role supporting global product pricing analyses. - Managed cost analysis across LOBs for the US/CAN region. - Worked with Americas Consumer portfolio managers to develop price recommendations.- Full ownership for ramping up pricing team's analytics coverage for Dell's services business.

- Provided warranty cost analyses for India across all business segments. - Worked on FP&A activities, budgeting & variance analysis, process improvement & driving business impact projects for the LatAm region.

- Worked with SME leadership across sectors such as retail, agri-business, education to build road maps for business growth and position the firms for private equity infusion. - Experienced in the entire PE lifecycle - origination, research, due diligence, transaction structuring & execution.

Analyzed & developed pricing models for the company’s trading operations and conducted market research to identify companies issuing RFPs to meet load requirements.

- Tutored undergraduate students in corporate finance.- Developed an investment strategy for optimizing returns on an investment of US$ 1.0 Mn. - Worked on a technology commercialization opportunity for an innovation company.
