• Patrol interior and exterior areas of mall on foot and in security vehicles, ensuring safety and security of patrons, staff, merchandise, and vehicles• Create accurate daily activity logs, recording updates of events every 30 minutes• Effectively handle patrons loitering, causing disruptions or violating mall regulations, making arrests, and issuing trespass orders and bans where necessary• Liaise with mall management, tenants, patrons, and emergency personnel, demonstrating strong people skills
