Job Role:1. Shift lead for the team and on weekends by managing the shift inbox and also handle all functional part of the job, severity bridge calls, client communications, Verifications & provide up to date updates for SAP batch jobs and Redwood Alerts to the client support manager. 2 Provide support for Oracle (ERP), SAP, PeopleSoft & Ariba Clients & All Internal Technical Teams. 3 Schedule tasks for DBA team to work on PROD and TEST Environments for any client request & constantly update the Client.4 Monitor Solution Support Center inbox and get the trouble tickets number accordingly by the team and follow up with the same and update Clients.5 Engage all important technical teams in Severity Bridge calls for All Clients and provide constant support on the Bridge including T1 Verification checks on Oracle Applications.6 Manage shifts as the Shift Lead for Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft and Ariba Processes.Highlights:1 Took initiative to take over new processes for AT&T and add additional roles and responsibilities.2 Able to take on additional duties while maintaining daily duties and provided extended support for the team member as a shift lead.3 Got appreciation for maintaining high quality of work with the deliverable TAT.

Job Role:1 Handling customer queries and providing appropriate resolution for JP Morgan Chase’s electronic financial services, for the USA region.2 Escalating High Priority Issues and getting them resolved at the earliest for the clients.3 Handling Supervisor and Manager Calls for the Program.4 Excellent knowledge of electronic financial service related issues 4 Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Power point and Internet.6 Performing QC (Quality check) for the transactions processed by the team.7 Monitoring the calls and supervising team for better customer services.
